JustGiveOnline.org is a charitable giving platform designed to facilitate donations to various causes and charities. In order to maintain our operations and ensure the sustainability of our platform, JustGiveOnline.org imposes a mandatory fee on the gross amount of each donation. This fee is necessary to cover processing fees, payment gateways, server costs, and other operational expenses essential to the provision of our services.
A fee amounting to 5% of the gross donation amount is automatically applied to each transaction to support the platform’s maintenance and payment processing fees.
In addition to the mandatory platform fee, donors are presented with the option to contribute an additional fee to further support the operations of JustGiveOnline.org. This additional contribution is entirely voluntary and may be opted-in at the donor’s discretion during the donation process.
All donations processed through JustGiveOnline.org are deemed final and are non-refundable. Donors are advised to exercise due diligence and care in selecting the cause or charity they wish to support. JustGiveOnline.org disclaims any responsibility for dissatisfaction arising from the use or allocation of donated funds by recipient charities.
The handling of personal information by JustGiveOnline.org is outlined in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. We encourage users to review our Privacy Policy to gain a comprehensive understanding of our data handling practices.
JustGiveOnline.org reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
